Portrait Creation Fee – $150
The portrait creation fee covers up to 2 hours for up to five people ($25 for each additional person) at your home or location of your choice. The creation fee covers the time and talent of capturing your images, all post processing of your images, and an online proofing gallery of approximately 30-40 images. Each session includes up to six watermarked images* via sneak peek that are posted on our blog within a few days of your session. These images can be used to share on your personal blog, facebook or other social networking sites.
All prints and products are sold separately. The creation fee is due within 3 days of booking your session and is required to hold your session date.
Newborn Creation Fee – $225
The newborn creation fee covers up to 3 hours at your home or location of your choice. I prefer to photograph newborns within the first 10 days of life. If you book your newborn session by your 32nd week of pregnancy, you will receive your choice of 25 custom baby announcements or a complimentary maternity session.
Mini Session Creation Fee – $75
Mini sessions are perfect for milestone portraits like children’s birthdays or updating your family’s annual Christmas card portrait. It is a 30 minute mini session at one location of your choice in San Luis Obispo. This session will come with approximately 20 images presented to you in a private online ordering gallery.
Portrait Ordering
Approximately 2-3 weeks after your session, your proofs will be presented to you in a password protected online ordering gallery. The proofing gallery will be live for seven days and you will be contacted before it is made live so that you may select seven consecutive days that work well for your schedule. If needed, you may extend gallery and cart for an additional seven days for a fee of $25.
Your portraits may be purchased in color and/or black and white. Most orders are ready within 4-6 weeks. Custom products (albums and canvas gallery wraps) may take longer. Full payment is due at time of ordering. Payment may be made in cash, check, or by credit card.
All local orders are hand delivered. When shipping is needed, charges are determined by the size of the products you order and will be calculated at the time of your order. Items can be shipped directly to friends and family members out of the area.
San Luis Obispo sales tax of 7.75% will be applied to all creation fees and print and product orders.
*A signed model release is required before receiving any watermarked digital images including blog sneak peeks.
