After you book your session through our online booking system, please complete our Senior Info and Session Agreement. Once we receive your session fee and completed Senior Info and Session Agreement, we will contact you for your pre-session phone consultation. Your completed Senior Info and Session Agreement and session fee must be received to hold your session date.
