Central Coast High School Senior Portraits

We are so please that you have stopped by to view our seniors site. This is where we share our most recent high school seniors and college grad sessions, client sneak peeks, and share news and updates.

Kiwi Ashby Photography is made up of Kiwi and Trevor, we are a husband and wife team. Kiwi is the primary photographer and editor while Trevor assists as a second shooter and captures the majority of our video footage.

We offer custom on-location senior portrait photography in San Luis Obispo, Arroyo Grande, Atascadero, Morro Bay and Paso Robles and throughout the central coast. On occasion we will travel to surrounding areas like Orange County and Ventura County. We love to photograph seniors! We love capturing the energy and excitement of young people as they are enjoying their last year in school and looking forward to the next phase in their life.

If you are wanting to be photographed for your high school yearbook please schedule your session in the summer before your senior year (May-August) at least 3 weeks before your school's yearbook deadline. By mid-summer we are usually completely booked if you are needing your senior portraits for your high school yearbook. We do offer senior portraits all year long. If you are planning on ordering custom graduation announcements or a video slideshow before your graduation, be sure to book your senior portrait session in early Spring.

Ryan | San Luis Obispo High School Senior Portraits

We had a great time with Ryan. We started his session over by the train station for a more urban look and then we headed over to Meadow Park. There we were able to see an exciting show of athleticism as Ryan demonstrated one of his hobbies, slacklining. He first started slacklining a few years ago, and after some time away from it, he is very excited to get back into it. Slacklining is similar to tight rope walking, except that the rope is much looser (hence the name) and there is a lot more bounce and sway to the line. This area of Meadow Park is the only public area in San Luis designated for slack line walking, so you may be able to see some demonstrations the next time you’re there.

Ryan is looking forward to his senior year. One class he is excited about is astronomy. This is the first year it is being offered at SLO High School in almost 10 years. He is also looking forward to participating in the robotics club at school and entering competitions with the units he builds. We look forward to photographing Ryan again in the Spring for his Senior Experience bonus session.
